Research on sustainable livelihoods based on the"problem-goal-path"analysis framework
In the new era, research on sustainable livelihoods is not only at the heart of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, but also is an important issue for the solid promotion of common prosperity. On the basis of identifying the current status of sus-tainable livelihoods research, this paper focused on the internal relationship between macro and micro levels, starting from the perspec-tives of regions and people, following the logical development of problem orientation, goal targeting, and path selection, and attempts to construct a"problem-goal-path"analysis framework to conduct sustainable livelihoods research that provided new ideas for elimina-ting relative poverty and moving towards common prosperity. The results showed that it was difficult for regions and people to pursue and achieve more ideal livelihood goals under the influence of external impacts and internal deficiencies, thus,it fell into a serious vicious cycle of"poverty alleviation-risk of returning to poverty-returning to poverty".Therefore,in the future,we should jointly resolve the livelihood problems from the aspects of alleviating external constraints and strengthening internal endowments and promote the regions and people to move towards a higher level of livelihood goals.
