价值建构视野下三线建设工业遗产空间的共生更新

摘要
中国目前已完成的三线建设遗产空间的更新多以商业性开发为主,模式较为传统,逐步进入了更新的瓶颈期,亟待寻求更加有效的模式,为三线遗产空间的更新提供新思路.本文聚焦三线建设遗产空间的价值分析,总结工业遗产空间更新面临的问题,基于共生理论,探讨价值建构视野下的遗产空间共生更新的理论体系.通过对价值共生单元、共生环境、共生介质、共生模式和界面进行分析,构建了三线建设遗产空间的共生更新系统,并提出了共生更新策略.价值建构视野下的共生更新,可以将更新的视野和方法进行扩展,转变同质化的空间更新模式,实现三线工业场所的多维更新,使三线建设遗产重新焕发生命力.
Abstract
The currently completed renovations of industrial heritage spaces related to China's third line construction are primarily driven by commercial development,following relatively traditional models,and have gradually entered a bottleneck period of renewal.There is an urgent need to explore more effective models to provide new ideas for the renovation of heritage spaces associated with the Third-Front Construction.This paper focused on the value analysis of heritage spaces from the Third-Front Construction,summarizes the problems faced in the renovation of industrial heritage spaces,and explored the theoretical framework for symbiotic renovation of her-itage spaces from the perspective of value construction based on symbiosis theory.By analyzing symbiotic value units,symbiotic environ-ments,symbiotic media,symbiotic modes,and interfaces,a symbiotic renovation system for the heritage spaces of the Third-Front Con-struction was constructed,and symbiotic renovation strategies were proposed.Symbiotic renovation from the perspective of value con-struction could expand the vision and methods of renovation,transform homogenized spatial renovation models,achieve multi-dimen-sional renovation of industrial sites related to the Third-Front Construction,and revitalize them.
