Research on stakeholders of tea industry development in Wuyishan National Park community based on SNA
To address the complex interplay of stakeholders in national park community industries,we focused on the Wuyishan Na-tional Park community's tea industry. This paper constructed a social network topology model to dissect the network's structure and indi-vidual stakeholder roles. In the analysis, this paper identified a need to enhance the cohesion and balance of networks, particularly in technical innovation, industrial integration and extension, brand building and promotion. This paper observed that local governments, with their significant control over resources and information, held central positions.Meanwhile, tea farmers and micro enterprises, lacking such control, were more peripheral and weaker. This paper also recognized the pivotal role of industry associations as bridges linking these stakeholders.Guided by our findings, this paper explored strategies to optimize the social network structure, aiming to integrate the strengths of each stakeholder. Our strategy emphasizes leveraging these advantages to drive the transformation and upgrading of commu-nity industries within national parks, promoting the co-creation of multiple values. This proactive approach, grounded in network opti-mization,is instrumental in mitigating interest conflicts and advancing harmonious development among diverse stakeholders. It offers a framework for national parks to enhance community industry dynamics, ensuring ecological protection aligns with economic growth and cultural enrichment. Our work provides a reference for similar initiatives, highlighting the importance of a collaborative and networked approach to community industry development in national parks.
