"一带一路"能源贸易主干网络演化与韧性评估

[目的]能源贸易一直是"一带一路"经贸合作的重要内容之一,开展"一带一路"能源贸易网络演化及韧性分析,对全面认知"一带一路"能源贸易体系、深化"一带一路"能源合作战略具有重要意义。[方法]本文综合运用复杂网络前沿分析方法,解构和提取2000-2022年的"一带一路"能源贸易主干网络,多维识别和剖析主干网络拓扑特征,测度在不同扰动策略下"一带一路"能源贸易主干网络的韧性反应表现。[结果]①结构分析表明,"一带一路"能源贸易主干网络趋向多元化发展,其主干结构由俄罗斯、沙特阿拉伯、阿联酋、伊拉克和卡塔尔等主要能源出口国,以及中国、印度、新加坡、波兰和泰国等主要进口国共同组成。②演化分析表明,"一带一路"能源贸易主干网络的演化格局经历了多层次的波动,网络整体集聚形态更加显著,节点间联系持续强化。③韧性分析表明,主干网络的韧性与网络规模呈正相关,在随机扰动下,"一带一路"能源贸易主干网络的韧性表现为逐年提升;蓄意扰动策略下,最大连通子图呈现出幂率分布特征,出现"急剧—缓慢—急剧"的持续下降趋势。[结论]"一带一路"倡议有效推动了沿线各国(地区)间的能源贸易往来,贸易网络连通程度有所改善,但少数贸易节点仍然拥有极强的控制力,对整体能源贸易网络抵御外界扰动的影响较大。
Change and resilience of the energy trade backbone network in the Belt and Road region
[Objective]Energy trade has always been one of the important elements of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)economic and trade cooperation.The analysis of the change and resilience of the BRI energy trade network holds paramount significance for comprehensively understanding the BRI energy trade system and advancing energy cooperation strategies within the region.[Methods]Drawing inspiration from the complex network theory,this study employed a holistic approach to complex network analysis,extracting and scrutinizing the backbone network of energy trade among the BRI countries.By employing multidimensional identification and analysis of the topological characteristics of the backbone network,it measured the resilience response of the BRI energy trade network under different attack strategies.[Results]Structural analyses showed a clear trend of diversification in the backbone network of the BRI energy trade.The backbone structure encom-passes major energy-exporting countries such as Russia,Saudi Arabia,the United Arab Emirates,Iraq,and Qatar,along with major energy-importing countries like China,India,Singapore,Poland,and Thailand.Change analyses showed that since 2000,the connectivity pattern of the BRI energy trade backbone network has undergone multilevel fluctuations,displaying a more pronounced ag-gregated form and continuously strengthened links among nodes.The resilience analysis showed that the resilience of the backbone network was positively correlated with the network size.Under random attacks,the resilience of the BRI energy trade backbone network gradually improves.In de-liberate attacks,the largest connected subgraph demonstrates a power-law distribution,with a"sharp-slow-sharp"continuous decline trend as the number of failed nodes increases.[Conclusion]The introduction of the BRI has effectively promoted energy trade among countries along the route,and the degree of trade network connectivity has improved.However,a small number of trade nodes still have very strong control,which has a greater impact on the overall energy trade net-work's ability to withstand external disturbances.
