摘要
目的：观察生津降糖饮治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法：将62例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组，治疗组（31例）予生津降糖饮早晚分服治疗。对照组（31例）予盐酸二甲双胍口服，根据血糖水平作剂量调整，一般每日量1～1.5g。两组均治疗4周后观察临床疗效及治疗前后血糖变化情况。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93.5%、58.1%，两组比较具有显著性差异（P<0.05），治疗组疗效优于对照组；两组治疗后空腹血糖（FPG）、2h血糖（2hPG）与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗后均降低；治疗组治疗后 FPG、2hPG 与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗组低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：生津降糖饮治疗2型糖尿病有较好的临床疗效，能有效控制血糖。
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Shengjin Jiangtang decoction on treating type 2 diabetes. Methods:62 cases of type 2 diabetes were divided into the treated group and the control group.31 cases in each group. The treated group was given the Shengjin Jiangtang decoction. The control group was treated with the oral metformin hydrochloride. To adjust dosage according to blood sugar, an average of 1~1.5g daily. After 4 weeks, to observe the clinical effect and the changes of blood sugar after treatment. Results:Treated and control group, the total efficiency was 93.5%, 58.1%. The two groups have significant difference (P<0.05). The treated group was better than the control group;2 groups after treatment, the fasting plasma glucose (FPG), 2h Blood glucose (2hPG) compared with the group before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), were lower after treatment; treated group after treatment, FPG, 2hPG compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treated group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Shengjin Jiangtang decoction has good effects on treating type 2 diabetes and can control the blood sugar effectively.
