摘要
目的：探讨求助者中心疗法对精神分裂症恢复期患者心理康复的影响。方法：选取我院精神科，2012年1月～2013年2月收治精神分裂症康复期患者112例，采用随机数字表法分为两组，其中对照组56例进行常规治疗、护理和心理健康教育，研究组56例在此基础上利用求助者中心疗法进行心理护理干预措施。干预前、后采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）及焦虑自评量表（SAS）分别对两组进行评分。结果：干预前两组患者的SCL-90、SDS及SAS 评分差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；干预后研究组患者的SCL-90、SDS及SAS 评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：求助者中心疗法可帮助恢复期精神分裂症患者消除焦虑抑郁心理，增加自我评价和自我接纳程度，并提高其战胜疾病的信心。
Abstract
To observethe effect ofpsychological nursing intervention of Client-Centered therapyon patients recovering from schizophrenia. Methods:112 hospitalized patients from January 2012 to February 2013 whorecovered from schizophrenia were recruited and randomly allocated into two groups: patients in the control group (56 patients) received conventional antipsychotic treatment, nursing and mental health education. while patients in the experimental group (56 patients) receivedthe sametreatment,in addition, receivedClient-Centered therapy.Their scores ofSCL-90,SDS,SAS were observed before and after treatment.Results:Their scores differencesofSCL-90,SDS,SASwere no statistically significantbeforetreatment(P>0.05),but the scoresdifferencesofSCL-90,SDS,SAS ofthe experimental groupwere lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Client-Centeredtherapycan help eliminate anxiety and depression in patients recovering fromschizophrenia, increase self-evaluation and self-acceptance, and strengthen their confidence to overcome the disease.
