中药在胆石症患者治疗中的应用

摘要
胆石症是一种严重威胁人类健康的消化系统疾病，近年来的发病率呈上升趋势。祖国医学对胆石症的发病机制和治疗手法有独特的认识，中药作为一种有效的非手术治疗方式，其在治疗中的应用可以归纳为：①对胆道动力学的影响；②改变胆汁中各成分的比例，具有防石、溶石的作用；③减轻胆管感染；④在围手术期的应用，和手术治疗相辅相成。
Abstract
Cholelithiasis is a kind of digestive diseases and serious threat to human health, the incidence of disease is increasing in recent years. There are particular understanding on pathogenesis and treatment methods for cholelithiasis in TCM, application of TCM medicine in treatment can be summarized as:I Impact on the dynamics of biliary;II TCM could change the proportion of each component of bile, and has effects of Kangshi and Rongshi;III To improve bile duct infection;IV Applied in the operation.
