摘要
目的：观察复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗幽门螺杆菌阴性的十二指肠球部溃疡的疗效和安全性。方法：选择89例幽门螺杆菌阴性的十二指肠球部溃疡患者，随机分为两组。治疗组：口服复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊3粒，3次/d，雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片10mg，2次/d；对照组：口服雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片10mg，2次/d。两组疗程均为4周。观察用药1周后临床症状改善情况；用药4周后复查胃镜，观察溃疡愈合情况；疗程结束1年后复查胃镜，观察溃疡复发情况。结果：治疗组、对照组治疗1周后的主要症状显效率分别是86.7%、47.7%，治疗组与对照组疗效比较有显著性差异（P<0.05）。治疗组、对照组治疗4周后复查胃镜，溃疡愈合率分别是93.3%、65.9%，治疗组与对照组疗效比较有显著性差异（P<0.05）。治疗组、对照组疗程结束1年后复查胃镜，溃疡复发率分别是6.7%、22.7%，治疗组与对照组疗效比较有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗幽门螺杆菌阴性十二指肠球部溃疡可明显提高溃疡愈合质量，降低复发率，安全有效。
Abstract
Objective: To observe clinical effects and safety of compound glutamine plus rabeprazole on duodenal ulcer (HP-). Methods: 89 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given rabeprazole 10mg, bid, while the treatment group was given compound glutamine capsule more, tid. 4 weeks for 1 course. With 1 week of treatment, clinical symptoms were observed, with 4 weeks of treatment, the symptoms of ulcer healing were observed by gastroscopy, and 1 year after treatment the relapse rate of ulcer healing were observed again. Results:With 1 week of treatment, the efficiency in the treatment group (86.7%) was significantly better than that (47.7%) in the control group (P<0.05). With 4 weeks of treatment, the rate of ulcer healing in the treatment group (93.3%)was significantly better than that (65.9%) in the control group (P<0.05). 1 year after treatment, the relapse rate of ulcer healing in the treatment group (6.7%) was obviously lower than that (22.7%) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound glutamine plus rabeprazole could improve ulcer healing, reduce relapse rate with good efficacy and safety.
