摘要
目的：观察阿托伐他汀钙片联合中药治疗高脂血症的临床效果。方法：将86例高脂血症患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组43例。观察组采用阿托伐他汀钙片加中药降脂方治疗，对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。两组治疗前和治疗8周后，分别检测患者的总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平及肝肾功。结果：阿托伐他汀钙片能显著降低TC和LDL-C，但对TG作用不明显。阿托伐他汀钙片+中药降脂方治疗，能显著降低LDL-C和TC、TG，且对肝肾功能无明显影响。结论：阿托伐他汀钙片联合中药治疗高脂血症疗效明确且安全性高。
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods:86 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets + Traditional Chinese Medicine Jiangzhi Decoction,while the control group was treated with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets. After 8 weeks of treatment in the two groups before and after treatment, serum total cholesterol (TC), in patients with triglyceride (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels and liver and kidney function were respectively detected. Results: Atorvastatin calcium can significantly reduce TC and LDL-C,but little effect on TG.Atorvastatin and Traditional Chinese Medicine Jiangzhi Decoction can significantly reduce the LDL-C and TC,TG with no significant effect on the function of liver and kidney.Conclusion:Atorvastatin calcium combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine has accurate effect on hyperlipidemia with high safety.
