摘要
目的：评价夫西地酸乳膏对混合痔术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法：共观察60例混合痔术后患者。对照组30例给予常规生肌散换药治疗，包括痔疾洗液坐浴、普济痔疮栓纳肛、生肌散结合海藻酸钙医用敷料换药；治疗组30例给予夫西地酸乳膏换药治疗，包括痔疾洗液坐浴、普济痔疮栓纳肛、夫西地酸乳膏结合海藻酸钙医用敷料换药。观察两组患者的疗效及术后创面的疼痛、水肿、便血及愈合时间的变化。结果：治疗组在术后创面疼痛、水肿、便血及愈合时间方面明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：夫西地酸乳膏能缩短混合痔术后创面愈合时间，提高创面愈合率，减少并发症，效果显著。
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy of fusidic acid cream on the wound surface healing after the operation of mixed hemorrhoid. Methods: 60 patients after the operation of mixed hemorrhoid were divided into two groups. The control group (30 cases) was given conventional Shengji San dressing treatment, including sitting bath with hemorrhoids lotion, Puji hemorrhoids suppository into the anus, and Shengji San plus calcium alginate wound dressings. The treatment group (30 cases) was given fusidic acid cream dressing treatment, including sitting bath with hemorrhoids lotion, Puji hemorrhoids suppository into the anus, fusidic acid cream plus calcium alginate wound dressings. The efficacy and the change of postoperative wound pain, edema, blood in the stool and healing time in two groups were observed. Results: The treatment group is significantly better than the control group in the postoperative wound pain, edema, blood in the stool and healing time, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Fusidic acid cream can shorten the wound healing time after the operation of mixed hemorrhoid, help wound healing, reduce complications, and the therapeutic effect for treatment is also satisfied.
