自拟清肺汤辅助治疗慢性肺炎的临床疗效观察

目的：分析自拟清肺汤辅助治疗慢性肺炎的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析2012年12月-2014年12月本院86例慢性肺炎患者的临床资料，按不同治疗方案分为两组，对照组42例行综合治疗，研究组44例在其基础上行自拟清肺汤治疗，观察两组疗效及肺功能。结果：对照组总有效率（76.2%）低于研究组（95.5%），且肺功能各指标水平均低于研究组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：慢性肺炎予以自拟清肺汤辅助治疗的临床效果显著。
Objective: To analyze clinical efcacy of the Qingfei decoction on chronic pneumonia. Methods: 86 cases were divided into the control group and study group. 42 cases in the control group took comprehensive treatment. 44 cases in the study group received the Qingfei decoction more. Results: The total efciency was 76.2% in the control group, lower than 95.5% in the study group. The levels in the study group were better (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Qingfei decoction was effective on chronic pneumonia.
