宁泌泰胶囊联合左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的：分析探讨宁泌泰胶囊联合左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效及安全性。方法：选择本院2014年1-12月收治的186例慢性前列腺炎患者作为观察对象，通过随机数表法的方式将其分为实验组和对照组，各93例。对照组患者单独给予左氧氟沙星胶囊进行治疗；实验组患者则联合应用左氧氟沙星胶囊与宁泌泰胶囊进行治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、NIH-CPSI症状评分及安全性。结果：观察组患者的治疗有效率为90.32%；对照组患者的治疗有效率为75.27%，差异具有显著性（P<0.05）；观察组患者的NIH-CPSI评分优于对照组，差异同样具有显著性（P<0.05）。两组均未出现明显不良反应现象，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：宁泌泰胶囊联合左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效可靠、安全系数高，具有很高的应用价值。
Abstract
Objective: To analyze effcacy and safety of the Ningmitai capsules plus Levolfoxacin capsules on chronic prostatitis. Methods: 186 cases of chronic prostatitis were divided into the experimental group and control group, 93 cases in each group. The con-trol group were given Levolfoxacin capsules; the experimental group took the Ningmitai capsules more. Results: The total effciency was 90.32% in the observation group, and 75.27% in the control group (P<0.05); the NIH-CPSI score in the observation group was better (P<0.05). There was no obvious adverse reaction in two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The Ningmitai capsules plus Levolfoxacin capsules was effective on chronic prostatitis, with safety, and worthy of promotion.
