Thinking on the treatment of advanced lung cancer based on the theory of triple burner and meridian
The syndrome types of advanced lung cancer are mostly stasis obstruction of lung network pattern,phlegm heat and lung pattern,lung and spleen Qi(气)deficiency pattern,and Qi and Yin(阴)deficiency pattern,among which the patients with Qi and Yin deficiency pattern are more common in stage Ⅲb and IV.Professor LIU Hua believes that the Sanjiao(三焦)-Luomai(络脉)-Xuanfu(玄府)pathway is closely related to the occurrence of lung cancer and the transmission of cancer toxins,so he analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of advanced lung cancer under the guidance of the Jiaoluo(焦络)theory,and believes that the evil poison invades the lungs,and its dampness runs through the beginning and end of the onset and metastasis of lung cancer,and the pulmonary paralysis and renal deficiency and phlegm coagulation are the key to the pathogenesis.In this paper,the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with advanced lung cancer were analyzed,and the combination of phlegm dissolving and anti-cancer and nourishing Qi and nourishing Yin acted on the lungs and kidneys,so that the evil could be eliminated and the positive and safe were eliminated,and the two organs of the lungs and kidneys were jointly applied.In the second and third diagnoses,the whole prescription is mainly based on invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin,relieving cough and reducing phlegm,and the lungs and kidneys are homologous,taking into account the tonic of the kidney,attacking and supplementing,so as to achieve the purpose of curing the disease.This article provides a reference for follow-up research,in order to jointly explore the treatment prospects for the treatment of advanced lung cancer.
