Discussion on the mechanism of the Huopo Xialing decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and primary liver cancer based on network pharmacology
The Huopo Xialing decoction(藿朴夏苓汤)is from Yiyuan(《医原》),which can promote the ventilator,clear away heat and dampness,over the years,doctors have been widely used in various diseases of damp heat factors,especially chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),which has a slow onset and prolonged precancerous lesions that are difficult to heal,and has high therapeutic value.In addition,digestive symptoms such as ascites,vomiting,and jaundice in the decompensated stage of primary liver cancer(PLC)are also suitable for the scope of this prescription.The theory of different diseases and the same treatment refers to the fact that different diseases with the same pathogenesis can be treated with the same method,and the formula can be established according to the syndrome,and the same syndrome type can be treated with the same formula.Therefore,this study explored the similarities and differences between the mechanism of the Huopo Xialing decoction in the treatment of CAG and PLC through network pharmacology and molecular docking,predicted the mechanism of action of the Huopo Xialing decoction in the treatment of CAG and PLC,and found that the Huopo Xialing decoction may play a therapeutic role by regulating AKT1,TP53,IL-6,TNF,IL-1B and PTGS2,suggesting that the common mechanism of action of the Huopo Xialing decoction in the treatment of CAG and PLC may be to promote apoptosis,inhibit inflammation and improve immunity,all of which involve cancer.IL-17 signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,etc.,point out the direction for further experimental verification,reflect the scientificity of different diseases and treatment,provide impetus for in-depth exploration of the clinical potential of TCM classic formulas,and verify the scientificity of the theory of different diseases and same treatment in modern clinical thinking.
