ZHANG Hong's experience in treating lung cancer based on the theory of Qi movement lifting
Primary bronchopulmonary cancer(referred to as lung cancer)is one of the malignant tumors that seriously threaten human life,and has the characteristics of high incidence and mortality in China and even in the world.At present,the etiology and pathogenesis of clinical lung cancer are not clear,and may be related to air pollution,smoking,genetics and other factors.According to the clinical characteristics of the disease,TCM classifies lung cancer into the category of Xiben(息贲)and lung accumulation.Based on the theory of Qi(气)movernent lifting,Professor ZHANG Hong believes that middle Jiao(中焦)is the hub of viscera Qi movement lifting.The liver and lungs are the main links in the smooth regulation of the whole body's Qi.The lungs and kidneys are the driving force behind the lifting and exiting of the whole body's Qi.Combined with the clinical manifestations of the patient,it is pointed out that the pulmonary accumulation is mainly in the lungs,which is closely related to the liver,spleen,kidney and other visceral organs,and its basic pathogenesis is the accumulation of dampness and phlegm in the middle Jiao,the loss of the rise and fall of the liver and lungs,and the deficiency of kidney Yang(阳)Qi.The origin of the Qi is disordered,the rise and fall of the viscera Qi is disordered,and the coordination relationship is disrupted,which eventually leads to the accumulation of evil Qi without a way to dissipate,and it becomes a cancer poison in the lungs for a long time.Professor ZHANG Hong follows the law of the rise and fall of the viscera Qi through clinical treatment,regulates the Qi of the lungs,spleen and liver,replenishes the vitality of the spleen and kidney,and attaches importance to regulating the Qi between the viscera,so that it can be balanced in order to distinguish the turbidity and maintain the normal physiological function of each viscera.Therefore,it is necessary to regulate the lifting of the Qi movement so that the Qi stagnation can be carried out,the Jin(津)can be stopped,and the blood stasis can be dispersed,so as to achieve the purpose of restoring and lifting the Qi,delaying the progression of cancer,and prolonging the survival of patients.
