An analysis of CiteSapce knowledge map of pediatric pneumonia research in the field of TCM in recent 20 years
Objective:To comprehensively describe the research hotspots and frontiers of TCM medicine in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia by CiteSpace software and bibliometrics,and to provide some new ideas and basis for the follow-up research in this field.Methods:The Chinese journal database of China Knowledge Network(CNKI)was searched by computer,and the related literature on pediatric pneumonia in the field of TCM medicine from January 1,2000 to November 1,2022 was searched.After data screening and cleaning,the knowledge map of authors,journals and key words was visualized by CiteSpace6.1.R3,a bibliometric software.Results:Three thousand five hundred sixty-two Chinese literatures were included.The overall number of documents issued in this field shows a fluctuating growth trend.In 2016,the number of documents issued reached the peak,and then decreased.The number of documents issued by Wang Shouchuan was the largest,and played a core role in this research field.① TCM dialectical treatment of pediatric pneumonia and related clinical experience summary.Toxin heat stasis is the mainstream view of the pathogenesis of pediatric pneumonia.② Study on the Pathogen of Pediatric Pneumonia and Its Correlation with TCM Syndrome Types.Influenza virus type B,mycoplasma,respiratory syncytial virus and adenovirus are the most common.Common syndrome types include phlegm heat closing the lung and wind heat closing the lung,but the correlation between syndrome types and pathogen distribution is still unclear.③ Clinical observation of comprehensive treatment of TCM and western medicine.Oral administration of TCM medicine,external treatment of TCM and injection of TCM medicine constitute the main intervention means of the treatment group.Conclusion:The pathogenesis of TCM medicine in the field of treating children's pneumonia may be toxin heat stasis.The curative effect of comprehensive treatment of TCM medicine in treating children's pneumonia is better than that of simple western medicine.There are many literatures on clinical efficacy observation in this field,and the mechanism of action still needs to be further explored.
