An analysis of the regularity of TCM medicine treatment of palpitation with deficiency of both Qi and Yin based on data mining
Objective:Based on data mining,explore the medication rules in the prescription of palpitation with deficiency of both Qi(气)and Yin(阴),obtaining high-frequency prescriptions and high-frequency TCM medicine from it,and provide reference for the clinical treatment of palpitation with deficiency of both Qi and Yin.Methods:Collect medical records of TCM treating palpitations with deficiency of both Qi and Yin from four databases:CBM,CNKI,WanFang Data,and VIP,which were self built and recorded until October 2022,screening and entering the prescriptions included in the medical record of palpitations with deficiency of both Qi and Yin,the software WPS Excel,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 20.0 were used for frequency analysis,association rule analysis,core medicine network analysis,system cluster analysis and factor analysis of TCM medicine.Results:A total of 268 prescriptions were included,involving 227 TCM medicines and 51 high-frequency medicines,with 74 and 73 warm and cold medicines respectively,sweet medicine 105 flavors,with 60 and 55 medicines for liver and heart meridians respectively,three prescriptions with the highest frequency of use are the Zhigancao decoction(炙甘草汤),Shengmai San(生脉散)and the Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction(桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤),the medicine group with the highest support in association rules are Dazao(Fructus Jujubae),Shengjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens)and Ejiao(Colla Corii Aaini),it can be clustered into 5 categories,and 11 common factors can be extracted from factor analysis.Conclusions:Treatment of palpitation with deficiency of both Qi and Yin,three prescriptions with the highest frequency of use are the Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction,the Zhigancao decoction and Shengmai San,the method of regulating Qi and blood,supplementing Qi and warming Yang(阳),calming the heart and calming the nerves can be used to treat palpitation,providing reference for clinical practice.
