A visual analysis of knowledge map of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome based on CiteSpace
Objective:To explore the development trend and hot spot direction of coronary heart disease(CHD)with Qi(气)deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:The documents of CHD with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome collected in CNKI from the establishment of the database to September 27,2022 were retrieved as the research object.CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the number of documents,authors,institutions and keywords in the included documents.Results:A total of 1 927 valid papers were included,and the number of papers showed an overall upward trend.Researchers were represented by WANG Wei,and research institutions were represented by Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.However,most of the authors and institutions had little contact with each other,and their cooperation was scattered.Research hotspots mainly included key treatment methods,such as percutaneous coronary intervention,external counterpulsation,point massage,etc..The main research hotspots also included commonly used drugs such as Yangxinshi Pian(养心氏片),the Dengzhan Shengmai capsules(灯盏生脉胶囊),and commonly used laboratory indicators such as blood lipid,blood pressure and homocysteine.Conclusion:The main research hotspots and contents of CHD with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome include the integrative medicine treatment,individualized treatment,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,research on the cellular and molecular level,etc..It is predicted that topics such as in-depth discussion of the application of the integrative medicine,the combination of clinical observation and quality of life,and inflammatory factors will become hot trends in the future.
