An analysis of treating subjective cognitive decline of Alzheimer's disease in prodromal stage from heart
Alzheimer's disease is the most common type of dementia in clinic,and its incidence is a continuous spectrum of gradual progress,aggravation and deterioration.Clinical studies have found that 15 to 20 years before the onset of Alzheimer's disease,there have been complaints of subjective cognitive decline and/or imaging changes of objective cognitive impairment,which is called clinical prodromal phase,that is,subjective cognitive decline.Modern medicine emphasizes the window period,during this period,if we can pay attention to it and make use of the advantages of preventive treatment of disease of TCM to achieve early detection-early diagnosis-early intervention-participation in the whole process,it can have a positive effect on patients,doctors and society.Modern medical evidence shows that there is a great correlation between the occurrence of Alzheimer's disease and cardiovascular disease,and the evolution of TCM syndrome pathogenesis also shows that from the early location of the disease in the heart,gradually to the spleen and stomach,and later to the kidney.The concept of preventive treatment of disease in TCM has the characteristics of integration of health preservation,health care,prevention and rehabilitation,it has its unique characteristics in the aspects of preventing treatment of disease and preventing disease from exacerbating.This paper makes a theoretical discussion on the decline of subjective cognition of Alzheimer's disease in the prodromal period of modern medicine-TCM medicine-modern TCM medicine-medical record verification,and finds that both western medicine and TCM medicine are closely related to the heart.The early intervention of TCM medicine can not only effectively delay the transformation from the prodromal stage of dementia to the disease stage,but also greatly improve the quality of life of patients.It has also been well verified in clinical application,which provides strong theoretical support and support for the decline of subjective cognition in the prodromal period of Alzheimer's disease.At the same time,it also provides a reference and basis for the effective prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
