为了解近20年中医药防治肺纤维化的的国内外研究进展,文章通过检索2002年10月31日-2023年1月31日期间发表于中国知网和Web of Science(WOS)数据库中的中医药防治肺纤维化的相关文献,利用VOSviewer 1.6.18和 CiteSapce 6.1.R2软件优势结合的方式,实现相关文献作者、研究机构、关键词、时间线分布等可视化分析.最终纳入中文文献 1 354 篇,英文文献406篇.总体而言,中文、英文文献年发文量呈逐年增长的趋势.该领域的相关研究人员以国内学者居多,中文文献以庞立健发文最多,英文文献以高建发文最多,属于同一团队的核心作者彼此之间合作紧密,但不同团队之间交流较少,缺少协作.发文机构集中于国内高校及相关附属医院,其中山东中医药大学和北京中医药大学分别在中文、英文文献发表量上位居首位.结合关键词、关键词突现等图谱,可发现中医药防治肺纤维化的研究热点主要集中在疾病研究、作用机制、药物研究、细胞因子研究、研究方法、临床观察指标等方面.目前,中医药在防治肺纤维化方面的应用及研究发展前景良好,研究团队及机构初具规模,后续需加强团队合作,扩大研究范围,旨在探讨中医药在防治各种疾病中的继发性肺纤维化的机制,以期对未来的临床治疗提供一定的参考.
Research progress at home and abroad on the prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis by TCM medicine in recent 20 years—A visual analysis based on VOSviewer and CiteSpace
In order to understand the research progress of TCM prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis at home and abroad in the past 20 years,this paper searched the relevant literatures of TCM prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis published in CNKI and Web of Science(WOS)databases from October 31,2002 to January 31,2023.Using the combination of VOSviewer 1.6.18 and CiteSapce6.1.R2 software advantages,to realize the visualization analysis of relevant literature authors,research institutions,keywords,time line distribution and so on.Finally,a total of 1 354 Chinese literatures and 406 English literatures were included.In general,the number of published documents in both Chinese and English is increasing year by year.The majority of relevant researchers in this field are domestic scholars,with PANG Lijian publishing the most papers in Chinese literature and GAO Jian publishing the most papers in English literature.Core authors in the same team have close cooperation with each other,but there is less communication and lack of collaboration between different teams.The published institutions were mainly domestic universities and related affiliated hospitals,among which Shandong University of Chinese Medicine and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine ranked first in the number of published literatures in Chinese and English respectively.Combined with the mapping of keywords and keyword emergence,it can be found that the research hotspots of TCM prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis mainly focus on disease research,mechanism of action,drug research,cytokine research,research methods,clinical observation indicators and other aspects.At present,the application and research development prospects of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis are good,and the research teams and institutions have begun to take shape.It is necessary to strengthen the team cooperation and expand the research scope in the future,in order to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of various diseases of secondary pulmonary fibrosis,in order to provide certain reference for the future clinical treatment.
