The clinical effect of TCM emotional nursing on depression and its influence on psychological index of patients
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of TCM emotional nursing on depression and its influence on psychological index of patients.Methods:A total of 70 patients with depression who received treatment in the Fourth People's Hospital of Li-aocheng from February 2018 to April 2019 were selected as research subjects,and were divided into the study group(35 cases)and the control group(35 cases)by simple random number table method.The control group received basic nursing,and the study group took TCM emotional nursing.After nursing intervention,the psychological evaluation of patients in the two groups was carried out based on the HAMD and SDS scales,and the scores of the patients were recorded and analyzed.At the same time,the quality of life of patients in two groups was scored,the evaluation standard was GQOL-74 scale,and the scores of the patients were recorded and analyzed again.Finally,the satisfaction scale was issued to the patients before discharge for satisfaction survey,and the satisfaction of each patient and project was recorded.Results:After nursing,the SDS and HAMD scores in the study group were(37.53±5.56)points and(16.36±3.14)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the scores of social relation field,psychological field,physiological field and environmental in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction in the study group(94.29%)was higher than the control group(74.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of TCM emo-tional nursing model in patients with depression is significant,which is conducive to relieving their depression mood and psychological state,improving the quality of life of patients,and promoting the satisfaction of nursing throughout the whole process.
