A clinical study on promoting motor function rehabilitation of patients after rotator cuff repair surgery by electroacupuncture
Objective:To conduct clinical studies on the postoperative rehabilitation of motor function after rotator cuff repair with or without electroacupuncture and to compare the results.Methods:60 patients with rotator cuff injury admitted to 960 Hospital of the People's Liberation Army from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided by using random number table method(the conventional group and the experimental group,with 30 cases in each group),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The conventional group was treated with rehabilitation exercise,and the experimental group was treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of the treatment of the conventional group,and the pain score,shoulder joint motion,function score and exercise score of the patients were compared and analyzed,and the treatment effect and related situation of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of flexion,abduction,internal rotation and external rotation in the experimental group were better than those in the conventional group,and the results of the experimental group were better,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the FMA score of the experimental group was better than that of the conventional group,and the effect of experimental group was better,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The shoulder joint motion of the experimental group was better than that of the conventional group,and the effect of the experimental group was better,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of electroacupuncture on motor function rehabilitation after rotator cuff repair is relatively good.While improving the pain score and functional score of patients,the injury situation is significantly relieved.In the postoperative rehabilitation exercise,the overall effect can be improved and the motor function is good.Therefore,the corresponding promotion should be made.
