An analysis of the academic thought and medication rule of CHEN Yunyun,a famous TCM doctor in Guizhou Province,in the treatment of premenopausal and postmenopausal syndrome based on data mining
Objective:Based on data mining,this paper summarizes and analyzes the academic thoughts and medication rules of Pro-fessor CHEN Yunyun,a famous TCM doctor in Guizhou Province,in the treatment of premenopausal and postmenopausal syndromes,and inherits the academic thoughts of famous veteran TCM doctors,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of premenopausal and postmenopausal syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:By collecting the medical records of Professor CHEN Yunyun for the treatment of various premenopausal and postmenopausal syndromes from September 2021 to May 2022 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the prescription database was established by modern data mining technology and methods(TCM inheritance support system V2.5),and the included prescriptions were analyzed to obtain the frequency of medication,the classification of traditional Chinese medicine,the four properties and five flavors of drugs,the law of prescription,the extraction of core combinations and new prescriptions.The law of medication of Professor CHEN Yunyun for the treatment of various premenopausal and postmenopausal syndromes was analyzed,and the academic thoughts were summarized.Results:In this study,a total of 94 medical records of premenopausal and postmenopausal syndrome treated by Professor CHEN Yunyun were collected,involving 142 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.The medicinal properties were mainly warm,cold and flat.The flavor of the medicine was mainly sweet,bitter and pungent.The meridian tropism of drugs was mainly based on the three meridians of liver,kidney and spleen,with Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Yinyanghuo(Herba Epimedii),Bajitian(Radix Morindae Officinalis),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Fuling(Poria),Zhimu(Rhizoma Anemarrhenae),Huangbo(Cortex Phellodendri),Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri),Shudihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Preparata),Xianmao(Rhizoma Curculiginis)as the core drugs.Ten core combinations and five new prescriptions were evolved.Conclusion:Professor CHEN Yunyun's treatment of premenopausal and postmenopausal syndromes mainly starts from tonifying liver and kidney,regulating spleen and stomach.Liver and kidney deficiency is the main etiology and pathogenesis.The main pre-scription is Erxian decoction(二仙汤)or Zishui Qinggan decoction(滋水清肝饮),and blood-activating medicinals,blood-cooling medicinals,sedative medicinals,and so on are added based on syndrome differentiation.The compatibility of each medicinal is performed to obtain the effects of tonifying liver and kidney and regulating Chong and Ren(任冲).
