A brief analysis of the relationship between the harmful hyperactivity and responding inhibition theory and primary hepatic carcinoma
Primary hepatic carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors. Its incidence has obvious regional characteristics, which is higher in East Asia,Southeast Asia and Africa, and its incidence rate ranks the third among all malignant tumors, seriously threatening human life and health, and its pathogenesis is related to hepatitis virus infection, aflatoxin, drinking, drinking water pollution and other factors. The inactivation of tumor suppressor genes and the activation of proto-oncogenes are related to the proliferation and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells. The harmful hyperactivity and responding inhibition theory originates from Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》)and is based on correspondence between man and universe and holistic theories. The theory of harmful hyperactivity and responding inhibition holds that in the pathogenesis of primary liver cancer, six pathogens, excessive emotion and improper diet are the causes, while healthy Qi(气)deficiency and viscera imbalance are the internal causes.the harmful hyperactivity and responding inhibition theory not only summarizes the regulation mechanism of self-homeostasis in nature, but also puts forward the self-regulation mechanism of human internal environment and viscera and the internal causes of disease occurrence and development. On the basis of this theory, the treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma should follow the principle of stabilizing harmful hyperactivity with toxic traditional Chinese medicines, strengthening the body resistance to consolidate response inhibition, and continuing to consolidate in order to prevent and cure recurrence.Harmful hyperactivity and responding inhibition runs through the pathogenesis and progression of primary hepatic carcinoma, and flexibly uses this theory to guide clinical practice and provide new ideas for the TCM treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma. It is an important way to improve clinical efficacy and patients'quality of life, which not only enriches the theories and methods of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma, but also is a beneficial exploration of the new mode of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer, which is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
