A study on the medication rule of treating functional dyspepsia in TCM based on data mining
Objective:To investigate the rule of TCM prescription for functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:By searching CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,etc.from establishment of a database, literature on the treatment of FD in TCM was searched.By using the ancient and modern basis cloud platform V2.2.3 system, integration of the data mining module of prescription drugs in frequency, attribute analysis, clustering analysis, association analysis and complex network analysis were explored. Results:A total of 106 literatures were included, including 125 TCM and 19 TCM syndrome types.High-frequency syndrome types were incoordination between the liver and the stomach, spleen deficiency and Qi(气)stagnation, weakness of the spleen and stomach.High-frequency medicines were Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri),Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis),Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae),etc..Medicinal properties is given priority to with warm, flat, slightly chilly, taste is given priority to with sheen, bitter, sweet, belong to the is given priority to with spleen and stomach, lung, liver, correlation analysis of 17 highly associated set of medicine of Chinese medicine, clustering analysis the four categories of prescriptions, and core drug combinations were derived from complex network analysis. Conclusion:FD is mainly pathogenesis caused by liver and stomach disharmony, and spleen and stomach Qi deficiency is the key to its onset. The course of the disease is long, and the Qi is not smooth, resulting in pathological products such as dampness and heat, food accumulation, phlegm turbidity, etc.,so the clinical treatment of FD is mostly based on Chaihu Shugan San(柴胡疏肝散).
