Qualitative and quantitative studies on the effective monomers of the alcohol extract of Huainiuxi
Objective:The monomer components of alcohol extract of Huainiuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae),an effective preparation of Huainiuxi,were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed based on modern detection technology.Methods:The liquid preparation of alcohol extract of Huainiuxi was prepared into drying substance and liquid substance respectively according to the requirements of detection and injection.And then the chemical constituents of alcohol extract of Huainiuxi were identified and analyzed by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-GCMS),liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)and triple series quadrupole liquid mass spectrometry(LC-MSMS)and so on.Results:A total of 23 components were detected,including 1 carbohydrate,1 flavonoid,1 anthoxanthin,1 sterone,1 triterpene,16 amino acids and 2 fruit acids.The contents of quercetin,β-ecdysterone and oleanolic acid were 0.0021%,0.0210%and 0.00017%,respectively.According to the molecular fragments,the components of 4',5,6,7-Tetramethoxyflavone were predicted.Conclusion:This experiment provides a reference for the clinical application of effective monomer composition of alcohol extract of Huainiuxi,and provides a basis for further verification,research,development and application of drug-disease-target of its monomer components.
