桂枝加葛根汤合六味地黄丸联合依那西普注射剂治疗肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎42例

摘要
目的:观察桂枝加葛根汤合六味地黄丸联合依那西普注射剂治疗肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎的疗效.方法:选择湖北咸宁麻塘中医医院风湿病科诊治的肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎患者,以随机数字表法结合患者意愿分为两组.对照组(40 例)采用依那西普注射剂治疗,观察组(40 例)采用桂枝加葛根汤合六味地黄丸联合依那西普注射剂治疗,治疗 1 个疗程(3 个月).评价治疗前后巴氏强直性脊柱炎躯体功能指数(Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index,BASFI)、视觉模拟评分法评分、巴氏强直性脊柱炎衡量指数(Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Measure Index,BASMI)等疗效指标.结果:观察组的疗效指标和病情改善幅度优于对照组(P＜0.05),总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:依那西普注射剂疗效显著,桂枝加葛根汤合六味地黄丸联合依那西普注射剂治疗肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎疗效更优.中西医结合治疗有利于改善恶寒、怕冷、乏力等临床症状,有利于提高患者的生活幸福感.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of the Guizhi plus Gegen decoction(桂枝加葛根汤),Liuwei Dihuang Wan(六味地黄丸)and etanercept on ankylosing spondylitis of kidney deficiency and Du-meridian(督)cold type.Methods:The patients with ankylosing spondylitis of kidney deficiency and Du-meridian cold type diagnosed and treated in the Rheumatology Department of the Matang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Xianning,Hubei Province,were divided into two groups by random number table method and combined with the wishes of the patients.The control group(40 cases)was treated with etanercept.The observation group(40 cases)was treated with the Guizhi plus Gegen decoction,Liuwei Dihuang Wan and etanercept.The course of treatment was 3 months.BASFI score,VAS score,BASMI score and other indexes were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:The therapeutic indexes and the amelioration extent of disease in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Etanercept has a significant therapeutic effect.The Guizhi plus Gegen decoction combined with the Liuwei Dihuang Wan and etanercept have better therapeutic effects on ankylosing spondylitis of kidney deficiency and Du-meliorate cold type.The combination of TCM and Western medicine is beneficial to ameliorate the clinical manifestations of the patient,such as aversion to cold and fatigue,and to improve the patient's sense of well-being.
