Clinical efficacy of TCM medicine for cooling blood and eliminating stagnated blood on immune thrombocytopenic purpura
Objective:To analyze the application value of Chinese materia medica of cooling blood and eliminating stagnated blood on immune thrombocytopenic purpura,in order to provide more references for clinical treatment.Methods:A total of 45 children with immune thrombocytopenic purpura who were treated in Pizhou People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(20 cases)and the study group(25 cases).The clinical efficacy,and the changes of safety and serum indexes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:Children in the two groups received different treatment plans,after 3 months of followed-up,the treatment effect in the study group was obvious and more ideal,and the total efficiency in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of platelet count,interleukin-4,immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin M and immunoglobulin G in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the expression level of interleukin-2 in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of all the above indexes in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chinese materia medica for cooling blood and eliminating stagnated blood on immune thrombocytopenic purpura can improve the clinical efficacy and promote the prognosis of the disease,which can be further popularized and used in clinic.
