An analysis of acupoint selection and medication rule of plaster strapping on obesity based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System
Objective:To analyze the acupoint selection and medication rule of plaster strapping on obesity,based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System.Methods:Studies on the clinical efficacy observation and experience summary of plaster strapping in the treatment of obesity were searched in CNKI,Wanfang data,VIP database,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase and other databases,and the key words were set as obesity and plaster strapping to retrieve literature.The effective acupoints and prescriptions were selected for the period from the establishment of the database to July 30,2022.Acupoints and drug frequency were counted by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,and the correlation between acupoints and drugs,core acupoints and drug combinations were analyzed.Results:The acupoints used most frequently in the treatment of obesity were Shenque acupoint(RN8),Zhongwan acupoint(RN12)and Tianshu acupoint(ST25),while Ren(任)channel and stomach meridian were used most frequently.The selected points were mainly in the chest and abdomen.The commonly used clinical acupoint combinations were Zhongwan acupoint-Guanyuan acupoint(RN4),Zhongwan acupoint-Qihai acupoint(RN6),Zhongwan acupoint-Tianshu point.Taking Zhongwan acupoint as the center,combined with Guanyuan acupoint,Qihai acupoint,Shuidao acupoint(ST28)and Tianshu acupoint were the core of acupoint selection for the treatment of obesity.The most frequently used drugs are Fuling(Poria),Dahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei),Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae).Among the four Qi(气)and five flavors of the medicine,the proportion of warm,sweet,bitter and pungent was the highest.The spleen meridian,liver meridian and stomach meridian were the most common meridians of drugs.The common drug combinations were Baizhu-Fuling,Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae)-Fuling.Taking Baizhu as the center,combined with Fuling,Zexie(Rhizoma Alismatis),Dahuang,Ezhu(Rhizoma Curcumae),Shanzha(Fructus Crataegi)and Chenpi were the core of plaster strapping in the treatment of obesity.Conclusion:The acupoints selected for treating obesity were mainly Ren channel and stomach channel points,and most of them were chest and abdomen points.The drug is main used for strengthening spleen and removing dampness,supplemented by promoting Qi movement and removing blood stasis.
