摘要
目的:收集并整理近 20 年中医治疗青光眼视神经病变相关文献,了解青光眼视神经病变的中医研究热点和发展趋势,为青光眼视神经病变领域未来中西医结合诊疗与研究方向提供思路.方法:检索中国知网、万方、维普网三大数据库 2001年 1 月-2022 年 10 月收录的有关中医治疗青光眼视神经病变的文献.基于文献计量学方法,借助可视化作图软件VOSviewer、CiteSpace和NoteExpress进行数据整理与可视化分析,分别以文献作者、机构、关键词为出发点,构架可视化图谱进行分析.结果:共纳入文献931篇.结论:年发文量总体呈现增长趋势;青光眼视神经病变中医治疗领域形成了以彭清华、李翔、彭俊、孙河、张殷建等为代表的研究团体;各地区机构合作不密切未出现明显合作关系,各个机构在青光眼视神经病变中医治疗领域合作不密切;关键词出现频次居前 5位的依次为青光眼、针灸、视神经保护、视神经萎缩、原发性开角型;关键词聚类模块值Q = 0.6539(＞0.3),聚类平均轮廓值S= 0.9051(＞0.7),表明聚类结果较为可信.
Abstract
Objective:To collect and sort out the relevant literature of TCM in the treatment of glaucomatous optic neuropathy(GON)in the past 20 years,and understand the research hotspots and development trends of TCM in treating GON,so as to provide ideas for the future diagnosis and treatment of GON in the integrated medicine.Methods:The three major databases of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP were searched to include relevant literature from January 2001 to October 2022 on the treatment of GON in TCM.Based on bibliometric methods,VOSviewer,CiteSpace and NoteExpress were used to organize and visualize the data,and construct visual maps for analysis with the authors,institutions and keywords as the starting point,respectively.Results:A total of 931 articles were included.Conclusion:The annual number of articles generally showed an increasing trend.In the field of glaucoma optic neuropathy TCM treatment,research groups represented by PENG Qinghua,LI Xiang,PENG Jun,SUN He,ZHANG Yinjian hove been formed.The cooperation between regional institutions is not close,and there is no obvious cooperative relationship,that is to say,the cooperation between various institutions in the field of GON TCM treatment is not close.The top five keywords in frequency are glaucoma,acupuncture,optic nerve protection,optic nerve atrophy,and primary open-angle type.The modularity value Q = 0.6539(＞0.3),and the mean silhouette S= 0.9051(＞0.7),suggesting that clustering is more reliable.
