A study on the rule of medication of prescriptions on headache in Sanyin Ji Yi Bingzheng Fang Lun based on data mining technology
Objective:To excavate the formulas for treating headache in Sanyin Ji Yi Bingzheng Fang Lun(《三因极一病证方论》),analyse and summarize their medication rules,with a view to providing reference for the clinical TCM treatment of headache in the clinic.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,the prescriptions for treating headache in Sanyin Ji Yi Bingzheng Fang Lun were collected and recorded into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5).The data mining method of software integration was used to analyze the medication rules of the prescriptions.Results:Through screening,there were 68 prescriptions for headache treatment in Sanyin Ji Yi Bingzheng Fang Lun,including 150 drugs.①The drug properties is mainly warm and cold.Tastes of drug are mainly hot,sweet and bitter.These drugs mainly were absorbed by spleen meridian,lungs meridian,stomach meridian,heart meridian,liver meridian and kidney meridian.②Few drugs were used in each prescription,and 23 drugs were used more than 5 times.③There were 10 pairs of drug combinations with support≥10,13 pairs of drug combinations with confidence≥0.6 based on association rules,and 18 pairs of drugs with correlation coefficient>0.04.④Three new prescriptions were obtained by statistical analysis.Conclusion:Through data mining of the original text,it is found that the medicines used in the treatment of headache in the Sanyin Ji Yi Bingzheng Fang Lun are simplified and not confined to one category,but are used from the perspectives of exogenous sensations,internal injuries,and multiple internal organs,and cold medicines are often used with warm medicines,and tonification and purgation methods are used in combination and so on.The use of modern technology to excavate ancient literature not only provides new ideas and methods for the study of ancient medical literature,but also provides reference for the clinical treatment of headache in TCM.
