A study on the medication rule of TCM in treating renal proteinuria
Objective:To study and explore the medication rule of TCM medicine in the treatment of renal proteinuria and to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The studies about the treatment of renal albuminuria with TCM medicine were searched in CNKI from inception to February 2023.After screening the literature,the included prescriptions were inputted into Excel,and then taste and efficacy statistics were carried out respectively,visualization was carried out by Origin 2022.Association rules of TCM medicine were analyzed by SPSS Modeler 18.0,and then high-frequency drugs were mined,and cluster analysis was carried out by SPSS 21.0 software.Results:A total of 116 articles were collected,involving 250 TCM medicines,with a frequency of 1 396.The high-frequency drugs in the prescription are Huangqi(Radix Astragali),Fuling(Poria),Shanyao(Rhizoma Dioscoreae),and Danshen(Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae).Drugs for clearing damp and promoting diuresis,drugs for tonifying,drugs for inducing astringency,drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are the main prescription drugs.The medicinal properties are mostly pungent,sweet and bitter.The four Qi(气)are mostly cold,warm and neutral.The drug pair with the highest support is Huangqi-Shanyao.The common drug pairs are:Huangqi-Dilong(Pheretima),Huangqi-Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong),Huangqi-Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Huangqi-Danshen-Shanyao.Based on the cluster analysis of high frequency medicine,four kinds of prescriptions were formed.①Qianshi(Semen Euryales),Jinyingzi(Fructus Rosae Laevigatae),Duzhong(Cortex Eucommiae),Tusizi(Semen Cuscutae),Dilong,Chantui(Periostracum Cicadae),Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),Yiyiren(Semen Coicis),Shanzhuyu(Fructus Corni).②Shudihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Preparata),Mudanpi(Cortex Moutan),Zexie(Rhizoma Alismatis),Fuling,Shanyao,Danshen,Shengdihuang(Radix Rehmanniae),Shanzhuyu.③Dangsheng(Radix Codonopsis),Shiwei(Folium Pyrrosiae).④Baihuasheshecao(Herba Hedyoti Diffusae),Yimucao(Herba Leonuri),Danggui,Chuanxiong,Huangqi,Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra).Conclusion:The pathogenesis of renal albuminuria is asthenia in origin and excess in superficiality,namely spleen and kidney deficiency,auompanied by blood stasis and damp toxin.The drugs of tonifying spleen and kidney,removing blood stasis,detoxification and clearing damp and promoting diuresis are often used.It can provide reference for clinical treatment and clinical new drug research and development,but it still needs further verification.
