An analysis of rule of medication in treating Sjogren syndrome based on literature mining
Objective:Sjogren syndrome is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by invasion of exocrine glands,with focal lymphocyte infiltration as the main pathological feature.In particular,the invasion of salivary glands and lacrimal glands is particularly severe,and patients with salivary gland lesions will have dry mouth,and those who have violated the lacrimal glands may have dry eyes.At present,there is no cure for this disease,and Western medicine treatment is not effective on relieving the symptoms of xerosia.TCM has a complete theoretical system in the treatment of Sjogren syndrome,which has unique advantages in alleviating clinical discomfort,relieving organ damage and improving quality of life.Based on the TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V2.5),the data mining of TCM in the treatment of Sjogren syndrome was carried out,and the rules and experience of medication and formulas were discussed,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of the disease.Methods:The literature on the treatment of Sjogren syndrome in CNKI was collected,the original database was established,the data was sorted out,and the characteristics of TCM treatment of Sjogren syndrome were analyzed.Results:A total of 138 prescriptions were included in this data mining,involving 184 drugs.In terms of the four Qi(气)and five flavors,cold,sweet,and bitter medicines were the most,and the top three meridians were the lungs,stomach,and liver meridians,with a total of 23 flavors with a frequency of more than 20 times,25 commonly used drug combinations,18 core drug combinations based on entropy clustering of complex systems,and 9 new prescriptions.Conclusion:In view of the pathogenesis of Sjogren syndrome,such as deficiency of Yin(阴)and Jin(津),invasion of dryness and poison,and internal resistance of phlegm and stasis,TCM medicine for nourishing is mainly used in the treatment of Sjogren syndrome,and drugs for clearing heat and detoxifying,and activating blood and removing blood stasis are also used.
