Several hot issues of academic annual conference of Cardiovascular Disease Branch of China Association of Chinese Medicine in 2023
The academic annual conference of Cardiovascular Disease Branch of China Association of Chinese Medicine in 2023 was held on October 27 to 28,2023 in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province,which was not only large in scale but also high in specification.There were more than 600 experts and scholars from all over the country attending the meeting,especially the participation of experts such as ZHANG Boli,ZHU Mingjun,FANG Zhuyuan,etc.,which were the icing on the cake of the successful organization of the meeting.Based on the main content of the proceedings of the annual conference,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis,focusing on the latest research results of coronary heart disease,hypertension,arrhythmia,heart failure,cardiomyopathy,sycho-cardiological disease,and rheumatic heart disease and other hot issues concerned by the academic community from the collation of literature,experience in clinical practice,diagnosis and treatment ideas and methods,clinical research,experimental studies,etc.It fully demonstrates the achievements of TCM in treating cardiovascular disease.At the end of the article,the key work of the next step of research is put forward,with specific contents in three aspects:firstly,to strengthen clinical trial research;secondly,to standardize clinical efficacy indexes,and thirdly,to improve guidelines/consensus on TCM diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,so as to increase the contribution of TCM in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,which points out the direction for further research on TCM treatment of cardiovascular diseases and is of great significance.All these contents not only highlight the dynamics of research on TCM treatment of cardiovascular diseases in the academic community,but also make clear the important trend of research in TCM treatment of cardiovascular disease.
