A study on the effects of the Gehong decoction plus salvianolic acids injection and metoprolol on senile stable angina pectoris
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of the Gehong decoction(自拟葛红汤)plus salvianolic acids injection and metoprolol on senile stable angina pectoris. Methods:A total of 94 cases of senile stable angina pectoris who received treatment from September 2020 to April 2022 were selected as research objects, and were randomly divided into the control group(47 cases)and the study group(47 cases). The control group received salvianolic acids injection and metoprolol, while the study group received the Gehong decoction more, with a course of treatment of 1 month. The therapeutic effect, main symptoms(number of attacks, duration, degree of pain, dosage of nitroglycerin),cardiac function indexes(LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, number of attacks, duration, degree of pain, dosage of nitroglycerin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEDD and LVESD in both groups were lower than those before treatment,LVEF was higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the three indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Gehong decoction plus salvianolic acids injection and metoprolol has a significant effect on senile stable angina pectoris, which can alleviate clinical symptoms, improve cardiac function indexes and reduce adverse reactions.
