An analysis of the medication rules of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of stroke based on data mining

摘要
目的:探讨藏医药治疗脑卒中的用药规律,为临床治疗和新药研发提供数据参考.方法:收集《藏药方剂大全》中治疗脑卒中的藏药方剂,使用Excel 2017和R version 4.1.1进行药物频次、用药剂量、药物性味、三化味、归经、功效分析,从多角度探析治疗脑卒中方剂的配伍特点和用药规律.结果:药性以温性药为主,六味中以辛味为主,三化味中以苦化味为主;归经以脾经和胃经最多;药效以行气、活血、通络、清热等为主;肉豆蔻、诃子、川木香、丁香等的用药剂量均在《中华人民共和国药典》标明范围内;使用频次≥15的有肉豆蔻、诃子、川木香、红花等31味药.结论:本研究结果符合藏医临床和配伍理论,对临床治疗脑卒中的方剂和成药的开发提供数据参考.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the rule of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of stroke to provide data reference for clinical treatment and new drug research and development.Methods:The Excel 2017 and R version 4.1.1 were used to analyze Tibetan medicine prescriptions in the treatment of stroke in Encyclopedia of Tibetan medicine from the drug frequency,drug dosage,drug properties and taste,efficacy,as well as association rules and cluster analysis,so as to explore the compatibility characteristics and drug use rules for stroke from multiple perspectives.Results:The drug property was mainly warm,the six flavors were mainly bitter,and the three flavors were mainly bitter.Spleen and stomach meridians were the most common meridians.Its effects mainly included promoting Qi(气),activating blood circulation,dredging collaterals and clearing heat.Thirty-one medicines,such as Roudoukou(Semen Myristicae),Hezi(Fructus Chebulae),Chuan Muxiang(Radix Vladimiriae)and Dingxiang(Flos Caryophylli)ect.,were used more than 15 times.Conclusion:The results of this study are in line with the clinical and compatibility theory of Tibetan medicine,and provide data reference for the research and development of the prescription and Chinese patent medicine on stroke.
