A study on the medicinal compatibility rule of Chinese medicinal materials for diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome
Objective:To explore the medication characteristics of modern doctors in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods:The typical cases of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome treated by modern doctors were extracted from Chinese hospital knowledge base,Wanfang database and VIP database, and the information of prescriptions and medicines was extracted to establish a Excel database for summarizing used frequency, medicinal property, medicinal flavor, and meridian tropism distribution of Chinese medicinal materials.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 was applied to analyze drug combinations and association rules of medicinal property and medicinal flavor, and SPSS Statistics software was used for a cluster analysis. Results:In 71 cases,127 Chinese medicinal materials were used, with a total frequency of 908,and 25 Chinese medicinal materials with a frequency of not less than 10 were used, with a total frequency of 614.In the aspect of medicinal flavors, sweet, pungent and bitter drugs were mainly used.In terms of medicinal properties, warm and moderate drugs were mainly used.In terms of meridian tropism distribution, the main active ingredients of drugs were mainly absorbed by spleen(stomach),lung(large intestine)and liver(gallbladder)meridians. The most closely related combination is the combination of spicy flavor and warm property, and the Sijunzi decoction(四君子汤)plus the Tongxie Yaofang(痛泻要方)is the most commonly used prescription combination. Conclusion:Most medical records are based on the two aspects of spleen deficiency and liver stagnation. In the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome, the Sijunzi decoction or the Tongxie Yaofang is used as the basic prescription. Most of the selected drugs are pungent and warm drugs, supplemented by sweet and bitter drugs to reconcile cold and warm.In terms of meridian tropism distribution, the spleen and stomach meridian-directed drugs should be mainly selected, and the liver and gallbladder meridian-directed drugs as well as the lung and large intestine meridian-directed drugs should be taken into account.
