Clinical research on hotspots and current situation analysis of preventing and treating stable angina pectoris in TCM based on CiteSpace
Objective:To visually analyze the literature of preventing and treating stable angina pectoris in TCM based on CiteSpace 6.1 R2 software,so as to display the research hotspots and current situation of TCM medicine for the prevention and treatment of stable angina pectoris.Methods:The clinical research literatures on the prevention and treatment of stable angina pectoris with traditional Chinese medicine were retrieved from CNKI from January 2018 to August 2022.The number of documents,authors,publishing institutions and keywords are visually analyzed by CiteSpace 6.1R2 software,and a graph is drawn.Results:A total of 338 papers were included,and the number of published papers showed an increasing trend as a whole;the author with the most papers was DENG Bing(6 papers),and the institution with the most papers was Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(13 papers),at the same time,the cooperation among research teams and institutions is weak.The most frequent keyword is coronary heart disease(91 times),and its centrality is 0.40.The cluster map shows that the clinical research on the prevention and treatment of stable angina pectoris in TCM is mainly based on TCM medicine,acupoint sticking and other measures.In clinical studies of patients with Qi(气)deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome,the analysis of emergent words indicates that the research hotspots are mainly in the aspects of multi-center,safety,clinical efficacy,inflammatory response and quality of life.Conclusion:Based on the visual analysis of clinical research literature of TCM medicine in the prevention and treatment of stable angina pectoris based on CiteSpace 6.1R2 software and CNKI,it can be seen that the clinical prevention and treatment of stable angina pectoris in TCM is in a rising stage,and the research focus is on the prevention and treatment of stable angina pectoris of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and intervention measures include TCM medicine,acupoint application,acupuncture and so on.The main criteria for judging the curative effect are electrocardiogram,quality of life,adverse reactions,TCM syndrome score,etc..In addition,the all-round cooperation mechanism has not yet been formed among the research teams and institutions,which is not conducive to the development of multicenter clinical research.
