目的:探究灸法应用于肿瘤患者康复的研究进展,为灸法进一步应用于肿瘤患者康复的研究提供思路.方法:全面检索中国知网、维普、万方数据、PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane library、Embase数据库中灸法治疗肿瘤的相关文献,运用文献计量学方法进行计量分析.结果:共纳入文献 820篇,年发文量在 2009年后增幅明显;相关文献刊载量居前三位的杂志分别为《上海针灸杂志》《中国针灸》《针灸临床杂志》,北大中文核心期刊刊载数量较少,以《中国针灸》和《针刺研究》为主;研究类型以临床观察居多,共有 550 篇,占总发文量的 67.07%;灸法类型方面,有 40.91%的研究采用温和灸进行干预,其次为隔姜灸、雷火灸、艾箱灸;在缓解相关症状方面,灸法主要用于缓解肿瘤患者胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、癌因性疲乏等;临床选穴方面,足三里穴是应用频次最高的穴位.结论:灸法在肿瘤患者康复中应用广泛,相关研究发文量日趋增多,但文献的整体质量偏低,今后的研究应在提高研究质量、阐明灸法在肿瘤患者康复中的作用机制等方面共同努力.
A review on moxibustion in the rehabilitation of tumor patients based on bibliometrics
Objective:To review the application of moxibustion in the rehabilitation of tumor patients,so as to provide ideas for the further research on moxibustion in the rehabilitation of tumor patients.Methods:The literature related to the treatment of tumor by moxibustion was comprehensively searched in databases of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane library and Embase.The bibliometrics method was used to carry out a quantitative analysis.Results:A total of 820 articles were included,and the annual number of publications has been increased significantly since 2009.The top three journals in terms of publication number of relevant articles were Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Chinese Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,and Clinical Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.The number of articles published in core Chinese journals of Peking University was relatively small,and the relevant articles were mainly published in Chinese Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,and Acupuncture Research.Clinical observation was the main research type,with a total of 550 articles,accounting for 67.07%of the total number of articles.In terms of moxibustion methods,40.91%of the studies used mild moxibustion for intervention,followed by ginger-separated moxibustion,thunder-fire moxibustion,and moxibustion box moxibustion.In terms of relieving related symptoms,moxibustion was mainly used to relieve gastrointestinal reaction,bone marrow suppression,cancer-induced fatigue and so on in tumor patients.In terms of clinical acupoint selection,Zusanli point(ST36)was the most frequently used acupoint.Conclusion:Moxibustion is widely used in the rehabilitation of tumor patients,and the number of published studies is increasing day by day,but the overall quality of the studies is low.In the future,joint efforts should be made to improve the quality of included studies and clarify the mechanism of moxibustion on the rehabilitation of tumor patients.
