The infrared thermogram characteristics of patients with Jueyin cold syncope syndrome in TCM based on Logistic regression analysis
Objective:The characteristics of infrared thermography in patients with Jueyin(厥 阴)cold syncope syndrome in Shanghan Lun(《伤 寒 论》)was analyzed by Logistic regression analysis,in order to determine the infrared thermal imaging model of the disease.Methods:A total of 330 cases who visited the treatment center and physical examination center of Liuzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from July to August 2021 were retrospectively selected as study objects,and were divided into the Jueyin cold syncope group and non-cold Jueyin group.Based on the structural theory of Western medicine and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the positioning method was determined.The boundary of infrared TCM body region of the study objects was delimited and named,and the temperature value in the region was measured for a quantitative analysis.Through the linear and nonlinear data processing methods,the medical infrared diagnostic model of Jueyin cold syncope syndrome was established,and the main influencing factors of the syndrome were analyzed,so as to evaluate the predictive ability of the medical infrared diagnostic model for Jueyin cold syncope syndrome.Results:(1)The Spearman correlation coefficient method was used to explore the correlation between body surface temperature variables and Jueyin cold syncope syndrome,it was found that there was a high temperature correlation between Jueyin cold syncope syndrome and palms-Du channel(督脉),palms-great vertebra,palms-double lateral thorax,insteps-Du channel,insteps-great vertebra,insteps-double lateral thorax,axillas-palms,axillas-insteps,face-palms,face-insteps,etc..After the use of multi-factor analysis of collinearity,it was concluded that the two groups of independent variables of axillas-palms,axillas-insteps were the key factors.(2)The binary Logistic stepwise regression model with axillas-palms and axillas-insteps as the main influencing factors showed that the accuracy rate of training samples was 88.5%,and the diagnostic accuracy rate of prediction samples was 100%,which was relatively high.Conclusion:Medical infrared thermal imaging technique can objectively diagnose Jueyin cold syncope syndrome,enrich the diagnostic methods of TCM,and provide some scientific research ideas for the diagnostic system of TCM.
