铁死亡在神经系统中的研究及中医药干预进展

中枢神经系统疾病发病率逐年增高,但其病因复杂,部分疾病发病机制尚不明确,目前仍处于不断探索阶段.铁死亡是一种新型细胞程序性死亡方式,研究表明,铁死亡通过铁代谢、氦基酸代谢及脂质过氧化反应等过程参与神经系统疾病的发生发展,如何通过调节细胞铁死亡来干预神经系统相关疾病的发生和发展已成为目前研究治疗的热点和焦点.近年来,多种中医药已被证实可通过调节铁死亡干预神经系统疾病的发病.文章概述了铁死亡的可能发生机制,讨论铁死亡与中枢神经系统疾病的相关性,总结中医药在铁死亡机制中的研究进展,以期为铁死亡在神经系统疾病中的研究提供更多思路.
Research progress of ferroptosis in nervous system and intervention of traditional Chinese Medicine
The incidence of central nervous system diseases(CNS)is increasing year by year,but the pathogenesis of some diseases is not clear because of its complex etiology.Ferroptosis is a new form of programmed cell death.Studies have shown that ferroptosis is involved in the development of some neurological disorder through iron metabolism,amino acid metabolism and lipid peroxidation reactions,how to intervene in the occurrence and development of related diseases byregulating cell ferroptosis has become a hotspot and focus of etiological research and treatment.In recent years,a variety of traditional Chinese medicines have been shown to intervene in neurological disorder by modulating ferroptosis.This article summarizes the possible mechanism of ferroptosis,discusses the relationship between ferroptosis and CNS diseases,and summarizes the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the mechanism of ferroptosis,in order to provide more ideas for the study of ferroptosis in neurological disorder.
