The effect of the regulating Yu and awakening Shen method on blood flow parameters of ovarian artery in patients with hyperprolactinemia
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the regulating Yu(郁)and awakening Shen(神)method on hyperprolactinemia.Methods:A total of 60 patients with hyperprolactinemia of the liver depression and kidney deficiency type were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bromocriptine,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicinal materials for regulating Yu and awakening Shen.Serum PRL,FSH,LH,estradiol,progesterone,testosterone,ovarian VI,FI,VFI,and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment to evaluate the efficacy.Results:After treatment,the PRL levels in two groups were significantly decreased(P＜0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH,estradiol,progesterone,and testosterone in the control group showed no significant change(P＞0.05),but the levels of FSH and LH in the observation group were significantly decreased,the level of estradiol was significantly increased(P＜0.05),and the change in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P＜0.05).There were no significant changes in progesterone and testosterone levels in the observation group(P＞0.05).After treatment,the ovarian VI,FI and VFI levels in the control group showed no significant changes(P＞0.05),while the ovarian VI,FI and VFI levels in the observation group were significantly increased(P＜0.05),and the increase was superior to that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score level in the control group was decreased slightly,but there was no statistical significance(P＞0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score level in the observation group was significantly decreased(P＜0.05),and the decrease was superior to that in the control group(P＜0.05).The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The Chinese medicinal materials for regulating Yu and awakening Shen can significantly reduce the levels of PRL,FSH and LH to correct the function of the disturbed pituitary,and increase estradiol level for restoring ovarian secretion function.It can also significantly improve the levels of VI,FI and VFI of ovarian artery to improve the blood perfusion of ovarian artery,significantly decrease TCM syndrome score to relieve clinical syndromes,and ultimately significantly improve the effective rate.
