Discussion on the basic theory of treating hemospermia and phallalgia by acupuncture and moxibustion at the Lieque point
The treatment records of Lieque point(LU7)on anterior Yin(阴)disease are mostly found in the classical medical books of traditional Chinese medicine,such as Bei Ji Qianjin Yaofang(《备急千金要方》),Zhenjiu Zishengjing(《针灸资生经》),Zhenjiu Dacheng(《针灸大成》)etc..It can be seen that ancient medical experts have rich experience in the treatment of male diseases and urinary system diseases at the Lieque point in long-term medical practice.This paper expounds the etiology and pathogenesis of the Lieque acupoint for treating hemospermia and phallalgia,and believes that one is spleen and kidney deficiency,the other is liver meridian heat and bladder damp heat.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the Lieque acupoints from the perspective of the disease of hemospermia and phallalgia.Through the research and summary of relevant classic works and literatures,this paper also discusses the principle of Lieque acupoint for the treatment of hemospermia and phallalgia based on the promoting and descending lung Qi(气),and regulating water channels.By regulating multiple viscera and meridians,it can regulate the liver,spleen,kidney,bladder and meridians,so as to achieve the purpose of treating hemospermia and phallalgia.This article discusses the treatment of hemospermia and phallalgia by acupuncture and moxibustion at the Lieque point combined with personal clinical experience,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
