Data mining analysis on the medication rules of soft extract prescriptions in Loudong medical school
Objective:To explore the medication rules of syndrome differentiation and drug use of Loudong medical school ointment,enrich academic connotation and guide clinical soft extract application.Methods:Taking Shenwutang Zhiyan Lu(《慎五堂治验录》)written by QIAN Yi,a famous doctor in Loudong in the late Qing Dynasty,as the research object,medical records and medical discourse with clear symptom description,medical records and clinical medication were selected to extract the complete prescriptions and drugs and construct a multidimensional database of soft extract prescription drugs.The Medcase V5.2 TCM pulse record data mining system was adopted for statistical analysis,the Medcase Chart and K-means algorithms were used to analyze drug frequency,four properties and five flavors,drug combination rules and compatibility characteristics,and the dialectical thinking of Qian's soft extract prescription,common prescriptions and characteristic drugs were summarized,and potential new prescriptions were explored.Results:A total of 25 prescription were included,involving 123 flavors of Chinese medicine,and 32 flavors of Chinese medicine were used not less than 5 times.The most frequently used drugs were ginseng,including Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis),Shashen(Adenophora stricta Miq.),Renshen(Radix Ginseng),Xiyangshen(Radix Quinquefolii)and Danshen(Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae).The top 10 most frequently used drugs were Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Baishao(Radix Paeoniae alba),Huangqi(Radix Astragali),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Shengdihuang(Radix Rehmanniae),Gouqizi(Fructus Lycii),Fushen(Poria cum Radix Pini),Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae),Chuanlianzi(Fructus Toosendan)and Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae).The four properties of drugs were warm,the five tastes were sweet,the spleen channel was the first,followed by liver,lung and kidney channels.A total of 10 groups of core drug pairs and 4 potential new prescriptions were discovered.Conclusion:Shenwutang Zhiyan Lu pays attention to the use time of the soft extract,and opposes the non-disease taking soft extract and non-disease supplement.Emphasis is on the syndrome differentiation of soft extract.The legislation of syndrome differentiation mainly focuses on supplementing the spleen with gentleness and warmness,taking into account the balance of the five viscera,starting from the spleen and stomach Qi(气)and blood,and exploring the pathogenesis with small prescription.Precise medicine,exquisite selection of materials,excellent production,the method of taking soft extract pays attention to individuation,late adjustment and so on.It has the characteristics of regional schools and is worthy of further study and reference.
