Discussion on medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pancreatitis based on data mining
Objective:Based on the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform(V2.2.3),the medication patterns of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pancreatitis since the establishment of databases were analyzed to provide reference for the treatment of pancreatitis.Method:Retrieve clinical research literature on the treatment of pancreatitis in traditional Chinese medicine was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Database,and PubMed Database to establish a literature database,and the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform(V2.2.3)was used to conduct data mining on the frequency of drug use,efficacy classification,property and taste tropism,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome analysis,and syndrome type-traditional Chinese medicine analysis to summarize the ideas of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pancreatitis in clinical practice.Results:The results included a total of 147 Chinese herbal formulas that met the standards,involving 199 traditional Chinese medicines.The most common efficacy categories were clearing heat and detoxifying,soothing liver and relieving depression,and clearing heat and dampness.There are 34 high-frequency drugs,among which Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri),Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae),Shengdahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei),Zhishi(Fructus Aurantii Immaturus),Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Houpo(Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis),and Fuling(Poria)were used more frequently.The medicinal properties were mainly mild cold and warm,and the medicinal tastes were mainly bitter and spicy,mostly belonging to the spleen,liver,and stomach meridians.High frequency clustering of traditional Chinese medicine obtained 5 drug combinations.Association rule analysis obtained 17 drug combinations with high association strength.Syndrome analysis revealed 9 disease location syndrome elements with spleen,Yangming(阳 明),and Shaoyang(少 阳)as the main symptoms,14 disease type syndrome elements with heat,dampness,blood stasis,and Qi(气)stagnation as the main symptoms,and 22 syndrome types with dampness heat syndrome,Qi stagnation syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,spleen deficiency syndrome,and Yangming syndrome as the main symptoms.The analysis of syndrome types-traditional Chinese medicine yielded six complex network distribution maps,with Chaihu,shengdahuang,and Huangqin having the highest frequency of association with syndrome types.Conclusion:Modern traditional Chinese medicine doctors treat pancreatitis with the Dachaihu decoction(大 柴 胡 汤)as the core prescription,and the main methods of differential medication are to soothe the liver and regulate Qi,clear the internal organs and heat,strengthen the spleen and stomach,and promote blood circulation and blood stasis.
