An analysis of the compatibility rules of traditional Tibetan medicine incorporating Pugongying based on data mining
Objective:To investigate the medication pattern and compatibility rules of Tibetan medicine prescriptions incorporating Pugongying(Herba Taraxaci).Methods:Based on The Stainless Crystal Mirror,traditional Tibetan medicine prescriptions incorporating Pugongying were collected from The Encyclopedia of Tibetan Medical Prescriptions and The Recipe Addendum,and the data of Pugongying incorporating prescriptions was sorted out using Microsoft Excel 2019.The frequency statistics and association rule of the drug in the database were analyzed through SPSS Modeler 18.0.Results:A total of 65 prescriptions incorporating Pugongying were collected,and a total of 218 drugs appeared in the prescriptions,the total frequency of drugs was 949 times,involving 25 kinds of diseases,of which 8 diseases with frequency not less than 10 times were mainly Mubu(木布)disease(35 times),toxic fever(25 times),fever(20 times),trauma disease(18 times),etc..It involved 218 kinds of medicinal materials,and there were 20 drugs with the frequency of not less than 13 times.Pugongying was mainly used in combination with bear bile(22 times),naviculare Wutou(Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii)(21 times),Tuer cao(Herba Violae)(20 times),and faeces ochotonae erythrotis(20 times).The tastes of medicine were mainly sweet,bitter and astringent,and the three transforming tastes were bitter and sweet,and the medicine of treating heat diseases were cool,dull,heavy and thin.Association rule analysis showed that there were 42 associated drug combinations with high case,support and confidence,among which Pugongying-bear bile was a binomial association rule,Pugongying-Hezi(Fructus Chebulae)and faeces ochotonae erythrotis were a three-item association rule,and Pugongying-Roudoukou(Semen Myristicae),Baidoukou(Fructus Amomi Rotundus)and faeces ochotonae erythrotis were a four-item association rule.Conclusion:This article analyzes the main diseases and medication patterns of Tibetan medicine prescriptions incorporating Pugongying,providing important evidence for the rational use of drugs in clinical Tibetan medicine and the development of new drugs for the treatment of heat-related diseases such as Mubu disease,toxic fever,and plague.
