An analysis of Professor WANG Jindong's medication rules in the treatment of insomnia based on T CM inheritance computing platform
Objective:To summarize Professor WANG Jindong's medication rule for insomnia,and to provide reference for clinical medication and research.Methods:The prescriptions of Professor WANG Jindong for the treatment of insomnia from January 2017 to December 2021 were collected,a database was established by the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform(V3.0),and the frequency statistics,association rules and other methods were used to analyze the high-frequency drugs,Medicinal properties and tastes,meridian affinity,and prescription patterns.Results:(1)A total of 300 prescriptions were included,involving 122 flavors of drugs,of which cold,warm,bitter,acrid,and sweet were high-frequency flavors,and the spleen and liver meridians were high-frequency returning meridians.The main efficacy of the included drugs was clearing heat and tonifying deficiency.(2)Longgu(Os Draconis)-Muli(Concha Ostreae),Fuling(Poria)-Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae)were high-frequency drug combinations.(3)A total of 4 core drug combinations were extracted through cluster analysis,and the pathogenesis was consistent.Conclusion:The research uses the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform to explore the medication rules of Professor WANG Jindong in the treatment of insomnia,and the results can more objectively reflect the academic thoughts and medication rules of Professor WANG Jindong in the treatment of this disease in clinical practice.
