A visual analysis of knowledge map of five-tone therapy in China based on CiteSpace
Objective:To analyze the research status and hotspot of five-tone therapy in China by CiteSpace software.Methods:In the CNKI database,"five-tone therapy"and"five-elements music therapy"were used as the theme words to search the relevant literature.The search time limit was from the inception of the database to April 2022,and NoteExpress and CiteSpace5.8.R3(bit64)software were used to analyze the number,sources,authors,institutions and keywords of the studies on the five-tone therapy in China.Results:A total of 572 articles were included,and the number of publications has shown a slow upward trend since 2008,with the highest number in 2021.The top three journals with the highest publication volume were"Clinical Journal of Chinese Medicine","Guangming Journal of Chinese Medicine",and"China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy".The authors with the highest number of publications were LI Yue,WU Ying,WANG Yirong,etc.,and the teams with the closest cooperation were XU Jizong and ZHANG Bo.The main research institutions included Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and other Chinese medicine universities and their affiliated hospitals,but there was no cooperation between research institutions.Research focused on quality of life,anxiety,sleep disorder and other fields.The dominant diseases mainly focused on depression,insomnia,and stroke.Conclusion:Five-tone therapy is an important branch of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in China,and its mechanism of action and clinical application research are future research trends and hot spots.Promoting cooperation between research teams and institutions,and carrying out more high-quality clinical application research and basic research,can promote the further development of five-tone therapy.
