Medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of post-stroke epilepsy based on data mining technology
Objective:Based on data mining technology,this paper explores the medication rule of treating epilepsy after stroke with TCM medicine,and provides ideas for clinical prescription selection.Methods:In CNKI database,Wanfang database and VIP database,studies treating epilepsy after stroke with TCM medicine were retrieved from database establishment to May 2023.The literature was screened and included,and the data were processed.SPSS Modeler 18 and SPSS Statistics 21 were used for statistical analysis of high-frequency drugs,sexual taste attribution,association rules,etc.,and high-frequency drug visualization analysis was carried out.Results:A total of 69 effective prescriptions were selected,involving 113 Chinese medicines,and the frequency was 866 times.The medicinal properties were cold,warm and flat,the medicinal flavours were mostly sweet,bitter and spicy,and the meridians were mostly liver,lungs and heart meridians.Among them,a total of 22 drugs were used more than 15 times,and high-frequency drugs included Shichangpu(Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii,57 times,73.91%),Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae,39 times,56.52%),Fuling(Poria,32 times,46.38%),etc.There were 11 pairs of drugs with more association rules,among which the top three drug pairs were Shichangpu-Fuling-Banxia,Banxia-Fuling-Shichangpu,Banxia-Jiangchan(Bombyx Batryticatus)-Shichangpu.Cluster analysis obtained that there were 4 kinds of drugs,which had the effects of invigorating blood and removing blood stasis,relieving wind and spasmodic,drying dampness and reducing phlegm,and calming the nerves.Conclusion:The etiology of epilepsy after stroke in TCM is mainly"wind,fire,phlegm,stasis and deficiency",and the pathogenesis is the original deficiency and the superficial excess The commonly used drugs are cold,sweet,and mostly attributed to the liver meridian to awaken the brain and relieve spasm.
