An analysis of the pathogenesis of renal hematuria in Northern China according to the theory of taking actions that suit local circumstances based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System
Objective:The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System was used to summarize the drugs for the treatment of renal hematuria, and the pathogenesis of renal hematuria in Northern China was analyzed combined with the experience of Professor HE Xuehong. Methods:The literature on the treatment of renal hematuria in traditional Chinese medicine in Northern China from 2012 to 2022 was retrieved from CNKI,WANFANG,VIP and CBM.The relevant prescriptions were collected and screened and entered into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V3.0)for data mining. The frequency of core drugs, prescription rules and association rules were analyzed. Results:Based on the statistics of the drug frequency of 112 prescriptions and 220 traditional Chinese medicines,19 Chinese herbs with drug frequency not less than 20 were obtained,of which the top 5 were Huangqi(Radix Astragali),Xiaoji(Herba Cirsii),Shengdihuang(Radix Rehmanniae),Baimaogen(Rhizoma Imperatae),and Mudanpi(Cortex Moutan).Four Qi(气)and five-flavor analysis showed that cold and warm drugs were used more frequently in the prescription, while sweet and bitter drugs were used most frequently. The order of drug meridian is liver meridian, lung meridian, kidney meridian and spleen meridian.Drug association rule analysis identified 18 commonly used drug combinations, with a total of 12 core drugs. The top five combinations were Huangqi-Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),Xiaoji-Baimaogen,Shengdihuang-Mudanpi,Huangqi-Shanzhuyu(Fructus Corni),Mohanlian(Herba Ecliptae)-Nvzhenzi(Fructus Ligustri Lucidi).Based on the analysis of the square rule of k-means clustering algorithm, four core combinations were obtained. Conclusion:Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System, the data analysis of TCM medicine in the treatment of renal hematuria in Northern China combined with Professor HE Xuehong's clinical experience showed that the pathogenesis of renal hematuria in Northern China is mostly spleen and kidney deficiency and liver depression and Qi stagnation. In terms of treatment,it can be supplemented with drugs for soothing liver and promoting Qi while supplementing spleen and kidney, providing reference for clinical practice.
